|Recommended: YesThree Year Review — I've lived at Seasons at Orchard hills for three years now and I've never had an issue Minor things have needed fixed replaced with general wear and use but the front office maintenance staff have communicated consistently and fixed it in a timely manner They leave me alone and I exist peacefully in my apartment I would recommend this community to friends family looking for a nice yet relaxed place to live.
They come and check the heaters gas filters fire alarms a few times a year, which is a huge plus for me as I live alone and the peace of mind is welcomed.

|Recommended: NoWorst Experience I’m so upset — I’m giving 2 starts because my 1st stay here was okay. Only problem was there pmt system error the last month prior to me leaving which was as never explained what happened besides no one knows anything but charged me a late fee for their error. Application process is easy. My biggest reason for not giving a hiring rating is due to cleanliness, honesty lack of care of how the apt looks upon move in.
When I tell you I’m so pissed I moved back here I’m not even kidding. Like I’m beyond pissed. I really considering breaking my lease because it’s making me sick. I was scheduled to pick up my keys on 9.30 but that was moved back to 4 30pm so the apt could be cleaned. Let me tell you how that apt wasn’t clean at all. I’m pissed I didn’t ask if the prior tenants had pets because most of the time apts are super mast and I don’t like to move in places where the previous tenants had dogs or cats. Supposedly the apt was cleaned on 9.30 but I coudlnt go to it because the carpets was cleaned the same day and was still wet. Went on 10.1 to see if the apt had been cleaned and it was so nasty. I’m talking about dog hair every where, bathrooms weren’t cleaned, counter tops were nasty they literally had did nothing. The carpet was stained with black spots in both rooms so I know it wasn’t cleaned either. Went to the leasing office to let them know and they scheduled a “re-cleaning” of the apt and the carpet. Whoever the cleaning ppl are both for the apt the carpet cleaning ppl baby didn’t do nothing. The cleaners swept the dog hair so it’s as much as it was the time I went it but they did a terrible job. I planned to officially move in on 10.4 with the expectations of a clean apt bit boy was I wrong. I spent most of the time seriously cleaning an apt that should have been clean from the start 9.30. Here it is 10.5 and I’m still cleaning nasty, disgusting dog hair from the stove, oven, microwave, master bedroom, living area and the stairs entry way. I’ve thrown up so many time and keep in mind I’m almost 5 months pregnant. I’ve been itching, vomiting trying to clean up stuff I should t have to clean especially while pregnant.
Aria the office manager property manager or someone from her team should have went and checked this apt. She was well aware that I had a problem moving in behind ppl that had pets, dogs especially. Y’all did have the decency to go and check after I came in because it wasn’t initially clean like it should have been. But yall have the nerve to charge ppl when they move out a “cleaning fee”. So I need to charge yall because the cleaning folk yall hired don’t clean at all and that’s nasty.
Saying yall cleaned some nasty carpet that’s actually full of dog hair and black spots is insane. Y’all should have just changed out the carpet. I’ve never lived in an apt where they don’t change out the carpet if it looks a certain way or if it’s lifting. My 1st apt here was the reason I came back but I guess I should have kept looking because yall really don’t care what shape the apt is in upon move in. I’m very uncomfortable living here so it’s like I’ll be paying rent for nothing. Most of my time will be spent on one of my family homes. I really hate it here. The outside living is terrible. We walked out at night time and it’s pitch black walking to the car. I’m so irritated I wanna cry so bad.
This is not what my experience is supposed to be like. I should feel comfortable where I’m paying rent. If you decide to lease here just be prepared to have to clean especially if it’s behind someone who had pets.

|Recommended: NoNoise — Our upstairs neighbors kids lit off a firework in front of our window saying and they play the loudest most obnoxious music that we can hear throughout all of our bedrooms. Really hoping for a resolution but it has been a week since we moved in and after a supposed notice was sent to them about the matter they are still blasting their loud music that rattles our whole apartment. Unfortunately this is causing such a low review as we are not seeing this issue be resolved.

|Recommended: NoNo guest parking — Residents parking in GUEST parking spaces ALL the time Especially near building 12. A black Dodge Charger, black Mercedes SUV, black Audi S7 and a black BMW. No spaces for real guests These guests are living in an apartment Management is not doing anything
